Coal mill is used for grinding and drying coals with high, middle and low hardness, with reasonable structure and high grinding efficiency, and it is ideal equipment for coal powder making. Air-swept coal mill is widely used in cement and building materials, thermal power generation, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries.
Coal mill is mainly composed of feeding device, main bearing, rotating part, transmission part, discharging device, high-voltage start devices and lubrication system. Air-swept coal mill uses wind-sweep-type structure with a drying storehouse, making it has greater adaptability of coal with moisture. The grinding position has combined arrange layout of ladder liner, double-ladder liner and corrugated liner, which improves the grinding ability of the coal mill. Feeding device is oblique inlet shutter-type structure which enhances thermal exchange capacity of the mill, and can effectively prevent the feeding port blocking of coal mill.
Working principle of coal mill: Raw coal is fed into the feeding device of the coal mill, and hot air with temperature about 300 ℃ also entered into the feeding device of the coal mill through air tube. Drying warehouse has special lifting board for lifting up raw coal, makes coal get enough hot exchange for drying it, and material after being dried will enter powder grinding warehouse through double-wall partition with lifting board. Grinding position has grinding media (ball) in it, and coal is crushed and grinded into powder in this warehouse. When coal was crushed the dedicated fan installed at the discharging port of the air-swept coal mill will collect the pulverized coal and gas out of the coal mill, and coarser particles won't pass through the output device and will return to grinding warehouse again for regrinding.
