Cone Ball Mill Improves the Ore Dressing Efficiency

Cone ball mill changed the original mill structure, integrated body and chassis in one, bearing with double row spherical roller bearings, can reduce energy consumption of 30%, enhance the fine-grain, and increase energy of 15~20%.

Cone ball mill produced by Hongxing Machinery has horizontal cylindrical turning gear and edge gear grid. Material will be fed evenly into the first bunker of the cone ball mill through the hollow shaft screw by feeding unit, and the warehouse has ladder liner or corrugated liners, and steel ball with different specification. The cylinder rotates to generate centrifugal force to lift steel balls up and fall balls after a certain height, with banging and grinding effect on materials. For regular used cone ball mill equipment, a large effect is manifested through the control of ball mill. Cone ball mill has two aspects of performance, such as: quantity of ore reserve control of ball mill and ore concentration control of ball mill.
