Magnetic selected process is a wet and dry joint dressing process for separation of magnetite, mainly used for three-level magnetic separating processing.The magnetic field strength of magnetic separation is 400~1200GS, while the magnetic drum speed is about 60~320 rings/minute.
(Silo)---feeding machine---jaw crusher---jaw fine crusher---ball mill---spiral classifier---magnetic separator (for getting concentrates). Machines are connected with conveyor.
Wet material can be made into finished iron fine mine powder by dehydration, generally, ore with iron content of 35% can be made into fine mine powder with iron content of 68-70% by this law magnetic separation process. The wet and dry joint technology method can achieve ore utilization up to 90%, and the magnetic separation process can save water, reduce costs and pollution.
